Onsite service is a support opportunities for companies to have licensed counselor on its premise offering support conversations with it's employees. Employees have the option of participating in conversations about stressors they are experiencing. This gives the employee an opportunity to determine if additional resources or a referral for counseling is preferred. If the company has an Employee Assistance Program contract with PRCT or Family Service Inc. then those employees can access free sessions through their respective program.
